*Place your order no later than 1 pm EST if you would like it shipped on the day of the order. KINLY ships Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 1pm EST on Friday or on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.

KINLY does not currently ship to PO or APO Boxes

Orders shipped to New York and California are subject to state sales tax

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

We are happy to honor price adjustments for items purchased or shipped within 7 days of a price markdown. Adjustments are made upon customer’s request via email.

Price adjustments for items that were purchased using a promotional code will be adjusted from the original selling price, excluding promotional discounts.

RETURN POLICY

KINLY gladly accepts the return of unworn and unwashed merchandise purchased from kinlyny.com for an exchange or full refund in accordance with the following terms:

  • FULL PRICE & SALE items must be shipped to KINLY within 30 days of original order placement
  • FINAL SALE items cannot be returned or exchanged and will be refused upon receipt
  • Defective merchandise is available for return within 14 days of receipt, please inspect all items in your order upon arrival so we may replace defective pieces in a timely manner. 

KINLY does not accept items returned from independent retailers or department stores, please contact the original retailer where the purchase was made to complete this type of return.

RETURN PROCEDURE

A free FedEx return shipping label is included with all orders shipped within the United States. 

  • Complete the return/exchange form included with your original order, keeping the top portion of the form for your records. Include the bottom portion of the form with your return/exchange. (If you are shipping an exchange to a new address, please include this address with the exchange paperwork.)
  • Securely repackage your merchandise, removing any original shipping labels or carrier barcodes from the box, and affix the free return label to the outside of the box.
  • Drop off the box at any FedEx location that accepts Ground packages. 

Returns are processed within 7 business days of receipt. You will receive confirmation via email when your refund has been processed. Please allow up to 5 business days for a refund to apply to your bank account. 

Exchange orders are processed within 7 business days of receipt and shipped via FedEx standard service, arriving within the next 7 days. 

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping

We have partnered with a third party to service our international customers. 

Click the “Outside the U.S.” button in the shopping cart and you will be transferred to a page to select your country from a drop down menu. You will then be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment. 

Upon completion of your order, your credit card will be charged for the entire purchase. We will ship the goods to the third party distribution facility in California where they will process the order and transport the goods to your international address. There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service.

Customers wishing to process an exchange from an international order will be refunded for the returned item(s) and charged for a new, replacement order. 

International shipping costs are non-refundable.
